Clear tools for conversations that matter

When I navigated my own health changes, I struggled to organize my symptoms and often felt unprepared during brief clinical appointments. I created this toolkit so no one has to enter a doctor’s office feeling overwhelmed or unheard. My hope is that these 62 pages give you clear language, structure, and confidence to advocate for your health and get the care you deserve.
Clinician review
How the facts were compiled
The toolkit has not yet been reviewed by a clinician. We plan to have it reviewed by a qualified clinician and will say so on this page once that is done.
The information in the toolkit comes from published guidance from The Menopause Society, NICE (UK), the NHS and the US FDA, checked in October 2026. Every source is listed in the Resources section of the workbook, so you can read it yourself.
The toolkit is an educational and organizational tool, not medical advice.
